How to Keep Your New Year Resolution

I go to the gym, on average 4 days a week. Ever since the start of the New Year, the gym has been PACKED with people I have never seen before. Why? Because it’s New Year resolution time! The time of year where people aim to create a better them. Statistic Brain reports 41% of American’s usually make New Year resolutions. The top 10 New Year resolutions for 2017 are:

  1. Lose weight and eat healthier
  2. Self and light improvements
  3. Better financial decisions
  4. Quit Smoking
  5. Do more exciting things
  6. Spend more time with friends and family
  7. Work out more often
  8. Learn something new on my own
  9. Find the love of my life
  10. Find a better job

Unfortunate, Statistic Brain research shows that only 9.2% of people feel they were successful in achieving their resolution goals. That means that by March, the New Year gym goers will fall off and I will go back to seeing only the regulars.
